Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Rates and estimated delivery
Standard shipping is $5.95 for order subtotals below $50 and free for subtotals of $50 or more. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Multiple parcels
Items from different suppliers may ship separately. Each parcel receives its own tracking details, which we add to your order when it ships. Weather and carrier delays can affect arrival.
Address changes and missing deliveries
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting. If a parcel is marked delivered but can’t be found, please check around the delivery location and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days.
