30-day return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number and proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved returns for damaged or incorrect items have no return shipping cost.
Costs and exclusions
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer and original shipping is not refunded. Personalized goods and opened hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded where permitted by law.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed after the return is inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to show the credit.
